RACE DAY AERIALS

THE CREW · SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

One crew, in the air
and on the ground.

A hand-flown FPV drone for the chase, and a ground crew for the gate, the pits, the podium and the people. Planned together, shot on the same day, and cut into one edit, so you book one crew instead of coordinating two.

01 — IN THE AIR

David Escobar

FOUNDER · FPV PILOT

David started Race Day Aerials and flies every drone on it. He's the official aerial crew for Emoto Racing Live, has flown race days at Glen Helen, Perris, Fox Raceway and Lake Elsinore, and built FPVLink, the box that carries the drone feed into a live stream.

On a shoot with the ground crew he sets the flight plan and the shot list, so the aerial and ground footage are planned as one production before anyone arrives at the track.

02 — ON THE GROUND

The ground crew.

The angles a drone can't hold: the start gate, the pits, the podium, the interviews, the product shots your sponsors want. Shot alongside the drone and cut into the same edit.

LEAD VIDEOGRAPHER · GROUND CAMERA

Joseph Henshaw

Joseph runs the main ground camera: the start gate, the podium, the crowd and the cinematic shots that sit next to the drone in the final edit. He matches the ground footage to the aerial look, so the recap plays as one production.

CONTENT CREATOR · PIT STORIES

Dylan Davis

Dylan covers the stories off the racing line: the pits, the riders and the moments between motos. He shoots them the way creators actually post, so riders, teams and brands get content ready for their own feeds.

03 — HOW THE CREW WORKS

Two crews would mean two plans. This is one.

01

One shot list

Air and ground shots planned together before race day, built around your schedule and your sponsors.

02

One brief

Flight paths and ground positions briefed to you and race officials. Nobody on the crew improvises around the track.

03

One look

Ground cameras matched to the aerial footage, so the cut reads as one production and not two.

04

One delivery

Drone and ground footage handed off together, with highlight edits and social cuts on the turnaround in your quote.

Put the whole crew on your event.

Drone only, ground only, or both on one quote. Send your dates and we'll come back within 24 hours with availability and an exact number.
